Écrin de Fleur handmade soaps are made with the Cold Process method which can retain un-saponified fatty acids, phenolic compounds, and antioxidant activities from the botanical ingredients. As opposed to the 110 ℃ hot process, 30 days of slow air-dry can secure the benefits of the botanical ingredients remaining in the soap unspoiled.
We use fresh ground coffee powder, not the used coffee powder from the coffee bar, to make sure the active components are in the soap.

Keep Soap Dry:
Écrin de Fleur’s handmade soap contains 8.5% glycerin created from saponification reaction, which binds water if in contact with moisture, makes soap soft and wears out fast. Use a soap dish with good drainage to keep soap dry between the uses.
Zero Waste of Leftover Soaps:
Leave the WET leftover soap on a new soap overnight. The two pieces will combine together like one soap.
